About me :

Tlalli is ‘nature’ from the Nahuatl language. For me, it represents the search, gratefulness, connection and respect for mother Earth. For this reason, I consider myself a lover of creative cuisine with local products, focusing on ingredients from local and seasonal farmers, taking into account previous experiences of my roots through which I seek to express my creativity in the kitchen.

As a Chef I look for flavors and techniques in my traditions and cultural background. I am a faithful believer in the sustainable environment and, as Chefs, it is our responsibility to always put sustainable practices into work, respect the product, help the people who are between us, and use the appropriate techniques to develop new ideas in the industry.
